All data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure, which is hosted on AWS in the EU region. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II certified.

We implement Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables, meaning each user can only access data they are authorised to see. All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS encryption.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to have your account and all associated data deleted, contact us at SquadRegUK@gmail.com and we will action the request within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

SquadReg accounts are created by league administrators and team managers — adults responsible for running football teams. We collect limited player data (name, position, squad number) for the purpose of attendance and statistics tracking.

We do not collect date of birth, contact details or any identifying information beyond a player's name and squad number. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.
